Hay Townhouses reached out to us to enhance their social media presence, particularly their Instagram account. They wanted the look and feel of their online presence to seamlessly reflect the sophisticated style and modern design of their twin houses. By carefully curating content that echoes the architectural elegance and refined aesthetics of these properties, we ensured their social media channels became a true extension of the Hay Townhouses brand.
the thinking
To achieve this, we began by closely studying the design elements, colour palette, and overall atmosphere of the twin houses. This understanding would guide the creation of a cohesive Instagram feed, including visually appealing posts, stories, and highlights. As part of our package we included a content creation day where we could craft some truly engaging imagery. We instilled consistent branding, and carefully crafted captions to capture the essence of the properties, ensuring that every aspect of the account aligns with the luxurious and modern style of Hay Townhouses.
